Legacy Support

CSI offers a comprehensive support model with 24/7 end-to-end application maintenance and support services for legacy EHR end users during implementation. These include multi-tier support, engagement leadership, US-based remote staffing, system maintenance, planning for legacy decommissioning, and system transition support.

Monthly Fixed Fee Structure

Project scoping determines staffing numbers, with the monthly fixed fee calculated based on the project budget divided by months. Our finance team created a tool for customizable packaging, and Community Connect services are offered through a staff augmentation pricing model. Travel costs are separate, and invoice adjustments may occur due to changes in go-live ATE or training resources.
