Yes. All of our candidates are pre-screened and pre-qualified prior to hire to ensure the best possible outcomes for both our employers and job seekers. After the submitting your initial application, you will be contacted for an interview if our recruiters believe you are the right fit for the job. All local candidates will be interviewed in-person, and non-local candidates will be interviewed via video call. After the interview is complete, candidates will then complete an IKM Assessment that will accurately measure their skillset for whichever field they are applying for.
