Marilee brings extensive experience in Risk Adjustment and Value-Based Payment to CSI, with a background that spans both payer and provider spaces. She has worked with a large IDN in Pennsylvania, a national population health company, and most recently with Quartz Health Plan. Throughout her career, Marilee has demonstrated a strong focus on driving process improvement and ensuring quality control. As part of her current role, she oversees the work of over 300 core CSI Coders, helping to ensure that we deliver accurate results and exceptional value to our clients.
