We can fill many positions immediately and have worked hard to simply and expedite the onboarding process. We have teams of on-boarders across our various specialization areas who serve as an extension of your HR team, focusing solely on getting your candidates familiar with your organization, and all it has to offer.

As soon as an offer is extended, your on-boarder immediately facilitates the offer letter and new hire paperwork for completion. Our team then contacts the candidate, walks them through the employment package step-by-step, reviews background and drug screening forms, and answers any other questions they may have. Once the candidate is cleared to start, your account manager notifies you as quickly as possible.
