To access the CSI Live Taper Management app, go to https://csi-external.retool-hosted.com/ and enter your CSI email and password for the site. 

As a member of our onsite Leadership team, you will make selections via the Taper Management on who is getting tapered and submit those selections to the Project Leadership team for approval.

Process- 

1. Review the Taper criteria provided by leadership.
2. Make your selection.
   • For the consultants who need to be tapered check the box next to their name. If there is a need for certain portions of the group to be tapered on different dates, you will need to select only those who will have the same taper date. Then select the second group, for the next taper date. This process can be repeated until the full number of tapers has been met for your team. 
   • Note – This should not be used for consultants who are moving to a different position within the project. Those should continue to be entered on the change tracker. 
3. To submit your tapers, click on Taper Both
4. In the edit modal, enter the date of the last shift to be worked by the consultant. This date should be entered into both fields presented. Click Submit
5. Once you Press ‘Submit’ you should see that field in the ‘Pending Approval’ dropdown at the bottom of the page. Your selection will be reviewed by Project Leadership. 

1. Filter – at the bottom of the Selection table, click on this  to filter down the group if looking for specific criteria. In this example we wanted to filter by positions with a specific Care Setting, facility name AND address.
2. Current project not available – if the PM has not started the taper process, you will not see the project. Once the taper process has been initiated it will appear for you. 
3. Assigned consultants – the list of people presented for you are only those to whom you’ve been assigned as their team lead on the project. If you find that someone is missing, please contact Terrell or Corey and they will update the assignment.
