Larry brings over 25 years of leadership, executive recruiting and staffing, strategic tax compliance and planning, and public accounting experience to the CSI Financial team. He’s more than just a numbers guy – he spent the past two decades building strong relationships and providing value for a wide range of clients before coming to The CSI Companies.
Larry leads by example, rolling up his sleeves and working alongside his team of talented recruiters. He believes in “giving them what they need to succeed, and then getting out of their way.” Larry’s deep financial experience allows him to work confidently with C-level Executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, CFO’s, Controllers, Banking professionals and other decision makers in developing true business partnerships.
Zachary (Zac) Kendrick, Executive Recruiter

Super power: Getting up one more time than he falls down
A Pittsburgh native and graduate of West Virginia University, Zac began his staffing career as a national recruiter handling customer service, light accounting, and mortgage. Zac has found success in both direct-hire permanent placements (Senior and Executive level roles) as well as temporary or contract/consultant-based roles around the country.
On his days off, you can find Zac on the golf course, or cheering on the Steelers and WVU Mountaineers.
Nicholas (Nick) Schmitt, Executive Recruiter

Super power: Adaptability
Nick has a Master of Education degree from the University of North Florida, and brings over seven years of diverse sales and training experience to the CSI Financial team. He immediately connected with CSI’s mission and the energy of its staff when he met them in 2017 and decided to build a future here. Nick is thrilled to be on the ground floor of what will be an exciting line of business for The CSI Companies.
