The CSI Companies Named a Top 100 Company to Watch for Telecommuting Jobs in 2016
The CSI Companies ranks #38 among the top 100 of companies hiring telecommuters in 2016
Jacksonville, FL January 27, 2016— The CSI Companies has been named to FlexJobs’ annual list of the Top 100 Companies to Watch for Telecommuting and Remote Jobs in 2016. FlexJobs, a job service specializing in remote and flexible job opportunities, analyzed its database of over 40,000 companies’ job posting history in 2015 to determine which companies would be most likely to incorporate telecommuting into their hiring practices in 2016. To be considered, companies had to offer a telecommuting-friendly component to some of their jobs, such as an arrangement to telecommute entirely, part of the time, or as an option.
“The CSI Companies is proud to be recognized by FlexJobs as a leader in telecommuting job opportunities,” said Chris Flakus, COO at The CSI Companies. “Work-from-home arrangements can allow us to expand our job candidate pool and hire the best candidate possible. Increased productivity and better work-life balance for our employees makes telecommuting a win-win for everyone, and we expect to continue the practice in 2016 and beyond.”
Jobs in coding/healthcare, IT, marketing, recruiting and sales are just some of the types of telecommuting jobs that CSI filled in 2015.
“The CSI Companies is one of the forward-thinking companies that understands that integrating telecommuting options is a smart business strategy,” said Sara Sutton Fell, founder and CEO of FlexJobs. “Telecommuting can benefit companies in so many ways, including cost savings, increased productivity and retention, better candidate pools, improved company culture and employee health, and many others.”
Since 2005, the number of telecommuters has grown by 103 percent in the United States. People who telecommuted in both 2014 and 2015 said that they telecommuted 22 percent more in 2015, according to a recent FlexJobs survey.
