CSI Companies is thrilled to announce that CEO, Chris Flakus, has been named to Comparably’s 2023 Best CEOs for Women.

Within the four quarters of the year, Comparably celebrates the companies and leaders that are deemed as the most exceptional in 16 categories by those who know best- employees.

Based on 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies, the Top 50 CEOs of Small/Mid-Size companies, CSI’s CEO is being recognized based on the survey results of women in the business.

According to Comparably, Chris Flakus ranks in the top 20% of other companies for Gender Score. He is rated 96% out of 100 by female employees. He is also ranked number one as a CEO against other companies in the same industry.
