CSI Connect is an internship program that values and supports diversity by providing equal access and opportunities to populations that may have previously been underrepresented. Our CEO and CIO built this program which focuses on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, providing supportive mentors, and offering practical training that will help students succeed and grow.
By prioritizing diversity and inclusivity in our internship programs, we can help foster a more equitable society for all individuals. The first few internship cohorts have been a tremendous success, helping to bridge the gap between education and employment and empowering students to pursue their dreams.
“Diversity and inclusion are a big part of CSI’s DNA,” said Chris Flakus, CEO of CSI Companies. “We believe everyone should have an equal opportunity to succeed, and we are committed to creating a culture where that is possible. Our unique culture and programs like CSI Connect are just a few ways we strive to make our communities better and more representative of all the people who live here.”
CSI is proud to have won a global CEO Challenge with this initiative, and companies around the world are implementing our model.
