CSI Companies’ CEO Chris Flakus has been named to Comparably’s 2022 Best CEO list.
Comparably is a leading workplace culture site and corporate brand reputation platform with over 15 million anonymous employee ratings on 70,000 companies. The Best CEO list is an annual award based on responses from current employees over the past 12 months.
The scores explain employees’ feelings about the CEO’s leadership style and effectiveness. Chris placed in the top 5 percent, ranking 67th on the top 100 highest-rated CEO list. His average employee rating was a 95 out of 100.
