Investing in Innovation: The IT Tech Lab at AJHS
As part of our commitment to community and career development, CSI Companies sponsored the restoration of Andrew Jackson High School’s library into a state-of-the-art IT Tech Lab. This modernized space isn’t just a classroom. It is designed to be a launchpad for students to explore the world of technology, develop foundational IT skills, and imagine futures they may not have considered before.
With hands-on resources, mentorship, and real-world exposure to technology careers, the lab bridges the gap between curiosity and capability.
“The Jackson Five”
To further deepen our commitment, each year we select five AJHS students to join a long-term mentorship initiative known as “The Jackson Five.” These students are mentored throughout high school and supported through college. It’s more than mentorship; it’s a promise to walk with these students on their journey from their senior year of high school through college.
IT Workshops That Open Doors
Our CSI Connect regularly hosts interactive workshops inside the Tech Lab, introducing students to the possibilities of a career in technology. From programming basics to cybersecurity fundamentals, our goal is to showcase the tech industry and inspire the next generation to pursue careers where they can innovate and lead.
