A team of over 2,300 go-live experts and 215 credentialed trainers provided on-site assistance, ensuring that caregivers were fully equipped to navigate the new system confidently. At-the-ear support was achieved by a remote team of 106 personnel, fielding over 25,000 calls with an average wait time of only 13 seconds. From physicians to nurses and administrative staff, CSI Companies’ support team was there every step of the way, offering guidance and addressing challenges promptly.

CSI Companies showcased its commitment to enhancing patient care and streamlining workflows for healthcare providers through the smooth transition of patient information from legacy systems. With precision, CSI’s expert team successfully abstracted 280,000 comprehensive (Epic Clinical) patient charts, 1,400 dental (Epic Wisdom) patient charts, and 3,300 charts scanned on-site during the Epic go-live.
