Connecting the Rising Generation to Modern Technology

The CSI Connect internship program is an initiative that exposes students in underserved Jacksonville communities to technology careers, professional training, and life-changing opportunities. The objective is to provide students with meaningful and practical work experiences that complement their interests and position them for lucrative jobs in the technology industry.

The interns obtain hands-on experience, supporting CSI’s overall IT operations. The program concentrates on an array of specializations such as help desk support, software development, enterprise resource planning, system administration, infrastructure, and security.

About CSI Connect

How We Started

CSI Connect was born after winning a global CEO challenge where ten highly competitive operating companies were challenged with a global initiative. The challenge was to introduce a solution that captures how to create new ways of doing business, close the economic divide, and celebrate inclusivity. CSI Connect is an internship program initially focused on minority opportunities and representation in the technology industry. The program has since expanded to be inclusive of all walks of life and career interests beyond technology which includes finance/accounting, sales, operations, marketing and human resources.

CSI Connect has since expanded globally to be called RGF Connect across the world. The impact will reduce the global economic divide throughout companies in the United States, Japan, Belgium, France, Germany, and the Netherlands.
