A long-standing healthcare partner came to CSI with their most ambitious training request yet, simultaneous Epic training across rural Iowa during the dead of winter. Snowstorms, limited travel options, scarce hotel rooms, and training space shortages were just the beginning. The client needed a partner who could take on the full logistical burden and keep costs in check.
Behind the scenes, the scale of this project was nothing short of remarkable. Our trainers logged a staggering 10,566 onsite days, with each spending an average of 145 days in the field. To make it all happen, they boarded 488 flights, stayed in 525 hotel rooms across 44 hotels in 15 towns, and drove 267 rental cars to reach campuses, classrooms, and hospitals across rural Iowa. One trainer alone booked 17 different hotel stays during the program.

Every detail was managed with precision so the client could stay focused on their people, not the logistics.

This approach maximized the client’s budget, ensured training space availability, and kept sessions running smoothly despite weather disruptions.
