The award recognizes CSI for encouraging diversity in the workplace and having leadership that strives to promote diversity in the workplace. Comparably’s 6th Annual list of Best CEOs for Diversity represents the top-ranked CEOs, based solely on ratings from employees of color on Comparably.com in the past 12 months.

Chris Flakus ranks in the top 25% of other companies on Comparably with 51-200 employees for Diversity Score. He was rated 96% out of 100 by diverse employees.

CSI Connect is an internship program that values and supports diversity by providing equal access and opportunities to populations that may have previously been underrepresented. Our CEO and CIO built this program which focuses on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment, providing supportive mentors, and offering practical training that will help students succeed and grow.

By prioritizing diversity and inclusivity in our internship programs, we can help foster a more equitable society for all individuals. The first few internship cohorts have been a tremendous success, helping to bridge the gap between education and employment and empowering students to pursue their dreams.
